Extended Holiday Returns
Items received between December 1 and December 25, 2020, may be exchanged or returned until January 10, 2021. Please note that all other terms and conditions and returns policy are still applicable concerning such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2020, are subject to our standard returns policy.
This web shop/site is operated by Chambres AB.
Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site and please note that by visiting our site you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
On this web site we supply all text in English. Customers must Chambres AB will not be held responsible if a customer uses the services of this site without understanding the language.
Colors and images:
Chambres AB tries to reproduce the items for sale as accurately as possibly in the web shop. However, we can not guarantee that the colors you see in the web shop are exactly the same as the color of the actual item. These differences may depend on the display and color calibration of your computer monitor.
All content on this site, including, but not limited to: informational content and graphic images are the protected material of Chambres AB and may not be reproduced in any manner without the approval of Chambres AB.

You may link to our Web Shop, provided you do so in a way which is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
Where our Web Shop contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we have no liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery within Europe. International orders may take a couple of days longer to ship depending on location. We accept orders from all EU countries.
Please note that the delivery time is to be seen as guidelines, we disclaim all responsibility due to eventual delays in transfer.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return note. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are faulty. In which case, Chambres AB will cover the return cost.
For Sweden all orders ship via Standard Postnord or DHL Freight to your closest DHL Service Point, where you can collect the order at your convenience.. A notification will be sent when the order is ready to collect.
All other orders ship via Standard Mail or DHL Express Worldwide.

Nordic Countries (DK, FI, NO, IS) –120SEK
EU – 120 SEK
Rest of the world – 300 SEK
Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving the goods. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will email you a return note. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
In case of faulty product we cover the shipping cost in both directions.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account once again. Second, contact your credit card company. It can take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are only able to offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative style, we ask you to return it for a store credit and then purchase the new item separately. All shipping expenses are covered by the buyer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Swish.
Currency & Sales Tax / VAT:
All prices displayed at our site are given in Swedish Krona (SEK) and are including Swedish VAT.
When you place an order with Chambres AB, a receipt is automatically emailed to you confirming the intent of the purchase. This receipt is not a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, an unauthorized credit card or any other reason we see fit.
We do NOT store any card information at our servers. Upon payment with your card you are automatically redirected to our payment partner.
Cookies and privacy:
Chambres AB shall be excused from the performance of any of its obligations under the Conditions of Sale if such performances are prevented, restricted or interfered with for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Chambres AB, including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, strike or other casualty or accident (“Force Majeure”).
Law and jurisdiction:
These Terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts through Allmänna Reklamationsnämden alternatively through the EU dispute resolution.
