What we collect

  • Contact & order details: name, email, address, phone number
  • Payment information: processed securely via Shopify Payments; we do not store full card details
  • Marketing preferences: email/SMS opt-ins and communication history (via Klaviyo)
  • Usage data: browsing behavior and device data, collected via cookies (see below)

Why we collect it

  • To process and fulfill your orders (including shipping via DHL and fulfillment via TuenvioYa)
  • To send order updates and, where you've opted in, marketing communications
  • To comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations
  • To improve our website and customer experience

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who need it to operate our business: Shopify (ecommerce platform), Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing), DHL (shipping/returns), TuenvioYa (fulfillment, Pärnu, Estonia), and payment processors integrated via Shopify. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g., accounting records).
