Shipping

Within the EU: Free standard shipping, 2–5 days. DHL or UPS Express available: €25 / $25 / 250 SEK, 1–3 days.

Outside the EU: DHL -UPS Express only, €40 / $40 / 400 SEK, 3–7 days.

International orders ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis — import duties and taxes may apply and are payable on delivery. Delivery times are estimates; we're not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns

Window: 14 days from delivery
Cost: Free for exchanges · €20 for EU refunds · €42 for refunds outside the EU

How it works:

Email returnes@chambressweden.com with your order number, name, the item, and whether you want a refund or exchange
We'll send you a DHL Express return label
Contact DHL Express directly to schedule your pickup using the label number

Only DHL Express returns are accepted. Using another courier means your return isn't guaranteed, and you're responsible for declaring it correctly to avoid customs charges — we can't cover taxes or lost parcels on non-DHL returns. Returns sent to pickup points or lockers won't be accepted.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method (banks may take up to 30 days more to display it). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We'll ship your replacement once your return is approved and in stock. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund it accordingly.

A €30 fee applies if a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us.
