The delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the ChambresSweden only takes responsibility for shipping the product and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.The customer is responsible for these extra fees.
Please note that the delivery time is to be seen as guidelines, we disclaim all responsibility due to eventual delays in transfer.
You must contact us for approval before returning any items within 14 days from the day you received your goods.
Consequently, email us at email@example.com by stating:
• Order number
• Name (first and last name)
• Email address
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return
Also let us know in your email if you would like to exchange to another item or have a refund.
- Exchange your garment is free of charge;
- For all other returns, you will be charged a fee of 15 EUR.

Items returned without prior approval may, in accordance with our policy, be returned to the sender and ChambresSweden "Return, Refund and Exchange Policy" ceases to be available for such items.
Items must have been received by us within 14 days after your return reason has been granted.
Items returned must be returned:
- in its original condition
- with all tags in place
All ChambreSwedens' packaging and boxes and all other items included in your purchase should be included in your return, unused and undamaged as they are considered part of the goods.
We do not accept returns of non-defective items that have been worn and advise all customers to check the garments carefully upon delivery before removing original packaging.
Make sure goods are properly packaged to avoid damage.
Please note that it is your responsibility to cover postage costs for returns. You should make sure that the goods are fully insured as the proof of normal delivery does not cover goods that have disappeared or been damaged during transport.
We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above requirements. In such a case, we may send the products back to the customer or demand that the customer ensure that they are returned from us, in all cases at the customer's expense.
Subject to compliance with the above return procedure and if you have not requested an item in exchange, we will refund the amount of the repurchased products within 14 days of receiving the products to our warehouse.
Your refund will be credited to the original debit card. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. We will email you when your refund is complete.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CHANGE OF ITEM
Subject to compliance with the above return procedure and stock availability, we will exchange the item for another item / items according to the wishes you have specified in your email to us.
If there is a price difference between the new exchanged products and the returned products, you must pay the difference with the original payment card before we are obliged to deliver the exchanged products, or we will refund you the difference in accordance with the refund policy above, minus any deductions.
For parcel that is not picked up or received up on delivery,and ending up returning to our house a charge of 30 euro may apply.
